Zac Efron’s Baywatch Body Diet

 

 

Zac Efron’s been blowing up the internet lately with pictures of his body on set of the new Baywatch Film. In true celebrity fashion Efron took to social media to answer questions about what he’s been doing to get so ripped.

 

He started on Instagram with a picture of his early morning workout. Which consists of a Ninja Warrior style obstacle course.

 

Since most people, don’t have a Ninja Warrior course at their disposal, so inquiring minds wanted to know what the diet consisted of. So Efron took to Twitter to lay out his meal plan.

That’s a tough week of eating. Afterwards, the star was ready to indulge. “Which lead to… #Cheatday” he followed in his next tweet. And following nine days of dieting, he was craving, well, practically everything! “Devoured a steak, 4 side potatoes/veggies, macncheese, 3 desserts, bread/butter, brick o cheese & caviar,” he wrote.

With all that training and dieting, I can see having a cheat day like that.
